The name of this club, chartered through the Siena Community Homeowners Association, is Siena Men’s Golf Club (SMGC).
The purpose of this club is to provide an organization for male members who wish to participate in weekly golf events at the semi-private Siena Golf Club; including competitive matches and tournaments, and other social and special events as the SMGC Board of Officers deems appropriate.
These bylaws comply with the Siena Community Homeowners Association Charter Club Guidelines. Where there is any variation, such as the allowance of limited participation of nonresident associate members, these variations have been previously reviewed and approved by the Siena Homeowners Association.
This club shall be operated as a non-profit association in accordance with applicable statutes and Siena Homeowners Association Charter Club guidelines.
